E-mail forwarding can be set up by logging in to the webmail facility as well as the Client Area and cPanel.
Configuring mail forwarding via Webmail:
- Log in to WebMail.
- Click on the blue button at the top of the screen containing your e-mail address and select Forwards.
- Select Add Forwarder.
- Enter the e-mail address to which you would like your mail to be sent to.
- Click the Add Forwarder button to create the forward.
Configuring mail forwarding via the Client Area:
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Click on Services, followed by My Services.
- Locate the hosting account that the e-mail address falls under and click on the corresponding View Details button.
- Scroll down to the Manage Account heading and click on the Email Forwarders button.
- On the Email Forwarders page, enter the e-mail address that you wish to place the forwarder on.
- Enter the e-mail address to which you would like your mail to be sent to.
- Click the Add Forwarder button to create the forward.
Configuring mail forwarding via cPanel:
- Log in to cPanel.
- From the Email section, select Forwarders.
- On the Add a New Forwarder page, enter the e-mail address that you wish to place the forwarder on.
- Enter the e-mail address to which you would like your mail to be sent to.
- Click the Add Forwarder button to create the forward.
Please Note: You will continue to receive mail at your address once the forwarder has been set up.
You can also create a forwarder without having to create an e-mail address first. For example: If you want any mail sent to info@example.com to forward to yourname@example.com then you can simply create the forwarder and any mail sent to info@example.com will automatically be re-directed.
