How do I fix the 500 error message after installing / updating Kopage templates.

Your Kopage website can potentially display a 500 Error message after installing the software for the first time or re-installing it to select a different template. This can result in your domain running the incorrect version of PHP, causing the 500 Error.

The following steps will assist you with updating the PHP version on your domain, in order to fix the 500 Error.

1. Log into the cPanel account of the domain that you experience the 500 Error on. Type in PHP and click on MultiPHP Manager
