Windows Mail for Windows 10 is somewhat different from other e-mail software in the way that it handles your mailbox view. Instead of listing all of your e-mail accounts and folders one above the other, Windows Mail only displays a single mailbox.
To view one of your other mailboxes, you will need to do the following:
1. At the top-left of the window, click on Accounts.
2. The All accounts menu will open which will display all of the e-mail accounts configured in Windows Mail.
3. Click on the account that you wish to view.
Note: When you compose a new message, you will not have the option to change the e-mail address from which the message will be sent. This means that you must first open the mailbox that you wish to send from beforehand.
