The following steps will assist you in adding an e-mail account to your LG G3 handset:

1. From the Home screen, select the Menu icon (located at the bottom).

2. Select Email and then Other.

Note: If an e-mail account has been created already, do the following instead:

Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Add account.
Tap Other.

3. You will be prompted for the following information:

Email address: Enter your e-mail address (e.g.: mail@example.com).
Password: Enter the password for your account.

Select Manual setup.

4. On the Select your account type page, select POP3.

Tap Next.

5. Enter the following information for your Incoming server settings:

POP3 server: mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.example.com)
Security type: Off
Port number: 110
Username: Enter your full e-mail address (e.g.: mail@example.com).
Password: Enter the password for your e-mail address.

Select Next.

6. Enter the following information for your Outgoing server settings:

SMTP server: mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.example.com)
Security type: Off
Port number: 587
Require sign-in: this must be selected.
Username: Enter your full e-mail address (e.g.: mail@example.com).
Password: Enter the password for this e-mail account.

Select Next.

7. On the Set up completed page, you will be asked for the following:

Account name: this is an on-screen description of the account.
Your name: this is the name that will appear next to your e-mail address when you send mail.

Tap Done.

The next step is to configure your retrieval settings:

8. Tap the menu icon at the top right-hand side and select Settings.

9. Select the e-mail account which you have just set up and tap on Update schedule.

10. Tap In peak times and do the following:

Tap Manual or the required period.
If you select a period, tap Yes to confirm.

11. Tap In off-peak times and do the following:

Tap Manual or the required period.
If you select a period, tap Yes to confirm.

12. Tap Save.
